Just in case you were wondering, Dark Sky Printing can do all kinds of things. We have our laser printer for all of your office printing needs and we have the large fine art printer for posters, prints, signs and banners. What most people might not consider, though, is our fine art printer’s ability to print beautiful photos.

We got a call recently from Jenny, who had a photo she had taken with her phone and wanted to know if we could print it 11”X17” to fit in a frame that she had. That actually is something we can do, depending on the clarity and resolution of the original photo file. She emailed us her file and, luckily, it was good enough for us to print.

We printed the photo over the weekend and I delivered it on a Monday. Turns out Jenny lived right around the corner from us. I considered walking the photo to her house but it was already over 100 degrees so I decided it was more prudent to drive it over. Jenny, her husband, Steve, and I had a wonderful visit. I let her know that at Dark Sky Printing we also have the ability to enhance old family photos, depending on their condition, and print them so they can be shared with and enjoyed by other family members.

So, as you can see, there is so much more than just printing to Dark Sky Printing. We are memory savers, delivery people and downright neighborly.
